• High production rate
• Quality under control
• Reduction of costs
An endless challenge.
ETW and ETO temperature controllers are the best and most economic solution for the
precise control of temperature. Units may be fitted with pumps with submerged suction without mechanical
seal (preassure/leak-stop function), with centrifugal pumps for temperatures up to 200ºC and with pumps
with magnetic drive without mechanical seal for temperature up to 350ºC.
Structure.
The two series are manufactured into different frames according to heating capacity, pump flow rate and
capacity of heat exchangers. These are sturdy and reliable units designed to always work at the highest
working temperature.
How they work.
ETW water temperature controllers may work with open tank up to max. 95ºC with pressure/leak-stop pump,
or with closed tank up to max. 150ºC.
All ETW units may be supplied complete with cooling exchanger being indirect or direct with operation by
on/off valve or direct with control by modulating by-pass valve.
ETO oil temperature controllers up to 150ºC are fitted with a reversible pressure/leak-stop pump, while
models up to 200ºC fit a magnetic drive pump.
ETO units may be supplied without cooling or with cooling by indirect exchanger (water or air).
Main components.
Low temperature versions include braze-welded plate head exchangers while high temperature versions are
fitted with special exchangers.
Electric heaters are made of Incoloy steel with low watt/cm load rate.
Units are supplied complete with water filling system, gauge to check water pressure/leak-stop function,
"Y" shaped filters to safeguard hydraulic circuits.
Special pumps, exchangers and hydraulic pipes may be supplied on demand.
Electric panel is completed by magneto-thermic safeties for motor while adjustment is completed by an
electronic controller with PID function and signal return.
Special units.
Our engineering dept. develops projects according to the user's specific needs; flow rates, pressures and
temperature tolerances are also customized.
