An endless challenge.
High productivity moulding requires plastic manufacturers to use low temperature water in order to
achieve faster cycle times. As a consequence of the colder water, condensation can form on the moulds.
To eliminate this problem, an air dehumidifier is required. The DHA systems enable moulders to
reach high productivity rates without the generation of condensate on the surface of moulds.
By using the special SSCR rotor, the DHA mould dehumidifier can supply dry air with low dew point
directly onto the mould surface.
System control is totally automatic and filter cleaning is the only maintenance required.
