ABF Inverter is the state of the art in cooling technology for air blown film lines and is
precondition for the proper processing of the product.
The control of constant temperature and air flow parameters is providing a
finished product with stable properties under any environmental condition.
ABF Inverter, by supplying cooled air to the extrusion line, grants a production increase up to 30%.

ABF Inverter integrates the features being already part of the ABF system with a few technical pluses
furtherly increasing its performances and energy saving.
The air cooling system direct expansion of the gas grants saving up to 50% if compared to the standard
chiller + heat exchanger system and up to 35% if compared to the previous ABF line.
ABF Inverter pluses are then the following:
• Inverter control: adjustment of the compressor capacity
• Control panel displaying the INVERTER capacity
• Electronic expansion valves with proportional control
• Easy-loop 30: uniform distribution of the cooling capacity
• Heat exchanger fitted with hydrophilic fins
• Air blowers with highly efficient distributors and ducts
• Easy remove: air filters, with double surface, may be easily removed
• Condensation by water with OFC KIT or by air with OFC SPLIT
